Doorways

(this poem was inspired by curious c and this post – sarah)

Doorways lead to many things
to castles and secrets
mama’s aprons strings

To dreams, potions and the truth
where hope and desire
does patch the roof

To faeries, demons and wild yarns
whose adventure and giggles
does bring no harms

To hearts and minds, your very soul
pathways and inroads that
speed toward your goal

To home, hearth and fires warm
a welcoming chair
to wait out the storm.

    Lovely!

Let me walk to the doorway and see where it will lead me.

    Thanks, Sarah.

doorways are interesting to ponder, aren’t they? we go through them everyday and we decide which ones by the choices we make, don’t we?
    thanks for reading.
